The League denounces 24 punishable acts in the Madrid derby

The report of La Liga that sends in each game to the RFEF Competition Committee and the Anti-Violence Commission records a total of 24 events that can be sanctioned for being songs that incite violence or have insulting or intolerant content during the dispute of Atletico Madrid-Real Madrid from matchday 6 of the championship, last weekend.

The list of incidents cites first the song “You are a monkey, Vinicius you are a monkey!” which occurred “at 7:25 p.m., coinciding with the arrival at the stadium of the visiting club aboard its corporate bus”. The author of the report calculates that there are “about 500 local fans” as the authors because they are “in the player access area to the venue.” And it also highlights, before the list of allegedly punishable acts, that Atlético, two days later, on Tuesday, published a statement that “flatly” condemned the chants of “a minority” outside the Metropolitan.

The facts contained in the report are as follows.

  1. Thirty-four minutes before the start, some 225 VISITING fans, located in the High Stand of the North Fund, sectors 313, 314, 413 and 414, sang in a choral and coordinated way for approx. 10 seconds: “Fucking Indian who doesn’t bounce eh, eh.”

  2. Twelve minutes before the start of the game, some 2,000 local fans, located in the Lower Stand of the South Fund, sectors 127 to 133, behind the goal of the same fund, sang in a choral and coordinated way for approximately 15 seconds the chant: “¡¡ Vinicius die!”

  3. Three minutes before the start of the match, a tarpaulin measuring approximately 3m x 2m with the inscription “MHDP” is displayed on the cantilever of the second ring of the South Fund stands, in a supposed allusion to the insult towards Real Madrid CF, “Madridistas motherfuckers.” Once the security director has been notified, it is withdrawn minutes later without being deployed again.

  4. Likewise, from this moment and throughout the match, from the south end zone, the display of scarves with the inscriptions “MHDP”, “Madridistas bastards” as well as others with the slogan “Frente Atlético” are detected.

  5. In minute 4 of the match, some 2,000 local fans, located in the Lower Stand of the South Fund, sectors 127 to 133, behind the goal of the same fund, intoned in a choral and coordinated manner for approximately 10 seconds: “Madridistas sons of daughters! bitch!”

  6. In the 17th minute of the match, a lighter and several empty bottles were thrown onto the field of play from the stands at the south end, occupied by local fans, without hitting any player. The lighter was picked up by the referee and handed over to the team delegate. Likewise, the referee informs the field delegate to be warned by public address system that until these shots stop, the game will not resume. This fact was reflected in the match minutes.

  7. At minute 21 of the match, some 225 VISITING fans, located in the High Stand of the North Fund, sectors 313, 314, 413 and 414, intoned in a choral and coordinated manner for approximately 10 seconds: “Fucking Indian who doesn’t bounce eh, Hey”.

  8. In the 35th minute of the match, some 2,000 local fans, located in the Lower Stand of the South Fund, sectors 127 to 133, behind the goal of the same fund, intoned in a choral and coordinated manner for approximately 10 seconds: “Madridistas, children of bitch”.

  9. In the 35th minute of the match, some 2,000 local fans, located in the Lower Stand of the South Fund, sectors 127 to 133, behind the goal of the same fund, intoned in a choral and coordinated way for approximately 15 seconds: “The plague is coming, The madridista arrives with those horns that are obvious.   10. In the 42nd minute of the match, some 2,000 local fans, located in the Lower Stand of South Fund, sectors 127 to 133, behind the goal of the same fund, intoned in a choral and coordinated way for approximately 10 seconds: “Vinicius die! “.

In the 43rd minute of the match, some 2,000 local fans, located in the Lower Stand of the South Fund, sectors 127 to 133, behind the goal of the same fund, intoned in a choral and coordinated way for approximately 15 seconds: “The plague is coming, The madridista arrives with those horns that are obvious. In the 70th minute of the match, some 2,000 local fans, located in the Lower Stand of the South Fund, sectors 127 to 133, behind the goal of the same fund, intoned in a choral and coordinated manner for approximately 20 seconds: “I only ask God, let the fuleros die, let them die slowly, Madridistas sons of bitches.”

  18. In the 70th minute of the match, some 225 VISITING fans, located in the High Stand of the North Fund, sectors 313, 314, 413 and 414, intoned in a choral and coordinated way for approximately 10 seconds: “Fucking Indian who doesn’t bounce eh, Hey”.

  19. In the 79th minute of the match, from numerous local fans scattered around the stands and not organized, they intoned in a choral and coordinated manner for approximately 10 seconds: “Silly, silly”, addressed to the visiting player Vinicius.

  20. In the 88th minute of the match, some 2,000 local fans, located in the Lower Stand of the South Fund, sectors 127 to 133, behind the goal of the same fund, intoned in a choral and coordinated manner for approximately 10 seconds: “Madridistas, children of bitch”, being seconded by almost all the fans present.

  21. In the 90th minute of the match, some 2,000 local fans, located in the Lower Stand of the South Fund, sectors 127 to 133, behind the goal of the same fund, intoned in a choral and coordinated manner for approximately 10 seconds: “Madridistas, children of bitch”.

  22. At minute 90+2 of the match, some 2,000 local fans, located in the Lower Stand of the South Fund, sectors 127 to 133, behind the goal of the same fund, intoned in a choral and coordinated manner for approximately 15 seconds: “The pestilence, the madridista arrives with those horns that are obvious. The madridista, son of a bitch, the Athletic Front enjoys it with his death, oe oe, oe oe”.

  23. After the end of the game, some 225 VISITING fans, located in the High Stand of the North Fund, sectors 313, 314, 413 and 414, intoned in a choral and coordinated way for approximately 10 seconds: “Fucking Indian who doesn’t bounce eh, eh ”.

The report specifies that none of the chants was largely supported by the rest of the fans “except for the one made in the 88th minute.”
